The Chicago Department of Public Health is releasing a request for proposal for HOPWA-FBHA Rehabilitation of Project Sponsor Facilities Coordination which supports the provision of housing assistance for low-income Persons Living with HIV (PLWH) which is a basic human right and a necessary component of systems to enable individuals manage their HIV care and treatment and an exciting tool to end the HIV epidemic in the USA by reducing the number of new HIV infections. An award amount of up to $2.8 million will be available through this RFP for the period to begin September 16, 2021 through December 31, 2021. 
All suppliers must register under the iSupplier portal at https://www.chicago.gov/city/en/depts/dps/isupplier/current-bids.html prior to submitting an RFP.  Upon registering, you may review and respond to the RFP application via the City’s eProcurement center at https://www.chicago.gov/city/en/depts/dps/isupplier/current-bids.html
