ANN ARBOR, MI — Ann Arbor is considering several competing proposals for affordable housing development downtown.
The city’s Housing Commission recently issued a request for proposals, seeking a co-developer or co-developers for two city-owned sites: 121 E. Catherine St. and 353 S. Main St.
